Magic No.1 - Confidence & Persistence

With MAGIC, MagicWilson started his career as a senior
accountant with Arthur Andersen at that time. With a deep
interest in psychology and management, he finished a master
degree (specialize in counselling and guidance) and a Master of
Business Administration, an LLB in China Law in 10 years on
top of his previously accounting degree. "Utilize self-talk when
making a decision and believe in the magic power of your
subconscious mind!"

Magic No.2 - Awareness & Acceptance

Though he has a background in accounting (hard-skills),
MagicWilson realizes the importance of training and personal
development (soft-skills). He not only desmonstrates
continouous learning, but also manages to magically change to
a new niche in training and executive coaching.

Magic No.3 - Presentation, Communication, People Skills

Same as he performs magic on stage, MagicWilson manages to
help his clients excel by promoting their business and solving out
daily conflicts. "In magic performance, every audience want to
see how the magician performs the magic as they want to know
the secret!", "At work, everyone wants to get the job done
quickly as they want to go home earlier!"

Magic No.4 - Cohesion, Sense of Humor, Team Spirit

MagicWilson take up leading roles in companies,
associations and also develop trainers to train up others. He
always says, "Be a leader, play to be a happy leader!"
People wants to follow someone who is always happy,
positive and encouraging.

Magic No.5 - Creativity, Self-actualization

In late 2002, he started to put his dream into reality by
using magic in training and executive coaching. He manages
to launch the Success By MAGIC SBM(TM) program and
utilize MQ (Miracle Quotient) in coaching executives at
work and personal life. "Create magical goals and
